Design & Concept
Space planning for flow and connectivity. Development of mood boards and material palettes featuring charred wood, stone, and brass. Atmospheric 3D renders for key areas like Living and Dining.
Technical Documentation
Civil drawings for demolition and structural changes. Detailed MEP drawings for electrical automation and plumbing. Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for fixed joinery, wardrobes, and paneling.
Supervision & Selection
Periodic site visits to ensure execution quality. Guided showroom visits for selecting Italian marble, veneers, and fabrics. Styling advice for art placement and artifact integration.
Turnkey Luxury Interior Execution
Civil & Surface Finishes
Laying of Italian marble (Grey Williams, Statuario) or engineered herringbone wood. Wall treatments including POP punning, luxury emulsion, and accents like limestone plaster or charred timber. Minimalist gypsum ceilings with shadow gaps and wooden louvers.
Fixed Woodwork
Modular or semi modular kitchens with BWP ply, PU or veneer shutters, and Quartz tops. Floor to ceiling wardrobes in Master bedrooms with matte PU veneer and fluted glass. Custom stone vanity counters in bathrooms.

Custom fabricated heavy density foam sofas with linen upholstery. Statement dining tables featuring live edge wood or marble tops. Signature 4 poster beds in metal or wood and bedside tables with brass detailing.

High GSM linen or cotton curtains with layered sheer fabrics. Hand tufted or hand knotted wool blend area rugs. Curated sets of throw pillows mixing velvet and embroidery textures.
Decor & Lighting
Decorative pendant lights in wicker or blown glass. Sourcing of large indoor plants like Ficus and Monstera with ceramic planters. Selection of mirrors with brass frames and wall art framing.
