Our Moira Homes project in Goa is inspired by its sloping site. The design features inclined reveals and large overhangs for privacy and shading, allowing the homes to sit lightly on the landscape with minimal excavation.

Presenting Lotus Villa, a sculptural facade that speaks the language of fluid architecture. Designed with sweeping concrete forms and full-glass balconies, the facade mimics natural movement while maintaining a strong urban character.18

For this residence in DLF Phase 3, we used parametric tools to create a home that feels alive. The design features gentle curves, smooth edges, and organic transitions that bring in more light and encourage natural ventilation.
