Premium Turnkey Interiors
Core Construction & Finishes
- Flooring: Premium Indian Marble (Dungri, Morwad) or High-Gloss Large Format Vitrified Tiles (4ft x 8ft) with epoxy grouting.
- False Ceiling: Complete Gypsum false ceiling (Saint Gobain/Gyproc) in all rooms with cove provisions and architectural lighting layouts.
- Walls: POP Punning for smooth surfaces, finished with Premium Washable Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale). Accent walls include wallpapers or texture paint.
Fixed Woodwork & Joinery
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling modular wardrobes. Internals: BWR/HDHMR Ply. Finish: Premium textured Laminates (1mm) or soft-touch Acrylic. Hardware: Hettich/Hafele soft-close.
- TV Units: Floating or floor-mounted designs using a mix of Laminate and mild Veneer accents.
- Kitchen: Full modular setup with BWP Grade Ply carcass. High-gloss or Anti-scratch Acrylic shutters. Countertop: Premium Quartz.
Electrical & Plumbing
- Electrical: Complete rewiring using Polycab/Havells wires. Modular switches (Schneider/Legrand). Installation of light fixtures (COB lights and strip lights included).
- Bathrooms: Vanity counters with stone tops, sanitaryware installation, and mid-range CP fittings (Jaguar/Kohler).

Flooring & Wall Treatments
- Flooring: High-grade Italian Marble (Botticino, Dyna, Grey Williams) in common areas. Engineered wooden flooring in guest bedrooms. Mirror-polish finish.
- Wall Paneling: Extensive treatments including Fluted Wood panels, Natural Stone cladding, Tinted Mirror inlays, and PVD Gold/Rose Gold metal profiles.
- Ceilings: Multi-layered false ceilings with wooden rafters, veneer accents, and cove lighting.
Bespoke Woodwork (PU & Veneer)
- Walk-in Closets: Custom designs with Gold/Black profile glass shutters, internal motion-sensor LED lighting, and leatherette organizers.

How I Work
I take care of everything from the first sketch to the last cushion on the sofa. You show me your site, I give you a home that’s ready to live in. No juggling between contractors or chasing vendors. I make sure the architecture and interiors fit together, so nothing feels out of place.
What I Design
- Whole homes or single rooms, I do both. I’ve worked with properties from compact plots to massive spaces.
- My modern luxury interiors connect living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, even terraces, with one clear style.
- Living rooms get marble accent walls or bold paneling. Bedrooms have custom walk-in closets and big headboards. Kitchens come with sleek islands and smart storage. Bathrooms? Pure retreat - lots of marble and statement lights.
- I love adding unique spots too, like a functional home gym design or outdoor seating under a pergola.
The Srijan Touch
- I mix materials: wood, marble, metal - all in a way that feels rich but never heavy.
- Lighting isn’t just practical, it’s part of the mood. Chandeliers, cove lights, backlit shelves.
