Scope of Works
- Civil & False Ceiling: Full home POP false ceiling (Gypsum) with cove provisions and minor civil layout changes.
- Flooring: Standard Italian Marble (e.g., Botticino) or High-Gloss large format tiles in living/dining; engineered wood in bedrooms.
- Joinery & Woodwork: Modular kitchen with Quartz countertops and Hettich fittings; floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with Veneer or PU coated exteriors.
- Wall Treatments: Premium Plastic Emulsion on base walls with accent walls using Veneer paneling or heavy texture paints.
- Electrical: Complete wiring loop check/change and installation of architectural lights (COB, Magnetic tracks).

- Dedicated Project Manager for site supervision.
- Assisted selection trips for tiles, sanitary ware, and veneers.

- Mood Boards: Material boards defining veneer selections, fabric swatches, and marble choices.
Technical Documentation
- Working Drawings (GFC): Comprehensive set including false ceiling plans, electrical looping, flooring patterns, and detailed joinery drawings.
- BOQ: Bill of Quantities to assist in tendering work to contractors.
Supervision
- Site Visits: Limited scheduled visits (typically 4-6) to ensure design intent is followed during critical stages like marking and finishing.

- You'll get detailed layouts, technical drawings, and 3D renders so you can really see what’s coming.
- I design custom furniture and plan the lighting, making sure every detail is right for you.
- My team manages all the on-site work, handles contractors, and keeps an eye on the budget.
- I only hand over the place once it’s ready to live or work in - styled, cleaned, and all set.
My Style & Range
I don’t stick to one style. From luxe and opulent to clean, modern looks, and even Indian fusion with things like ikat, terracotta, or mandir walls. Whether you want minimal or full-on maximalist, I find what suits you best.
I mostly work in Delhi and Gurugram, doing both homes (apartments, villas, even kids’ rooms) and offices or commercial spaces. My focus is always on personalized home transformation and end-to-end design execution, whether it’s a cozy living room or a full corporate office.
