Modern Terrace and Garden Designs

My philosophy is that a terrace should not be an afterthought or an empty slab of concrete. Whether it is a compact balcony in Ram Vihar or a spacious rooftop in Rajouri Garden, I approach these areas with the same architectural rigor as a living room.

The Engineering Behind the Comfort

For outdoor spaces, the biggest challenge is longevity. I avoid materials that degrade under the harsh sun or during monsoon. Instead, I use powder-coated aluminum, treated wood, or stone cladding that stands up to the elements.

• Structures: We design custom pergolas that provide shade while allowing airflow.
• Seating: My layouts utilize weather-resistant fabrics and structured furniture to ensure comfort without constant maintenance.
• Lighting: I integrate hidden cove lighting and lantern-style fixtures to transform the space from a daytime garden to a lounge-worthy evening retreat.

Projects That Inspire

In our Rajouri Garden project, we installed a large pergola draped in vines to create a soft, romantic atmosphere, shielding the seating area from direct harsh light. Similarly, for a terrace in Greenwood City, Gurgaon, we incorporated a bar area beneath a wooden pergola, turning the roof into a dedicated entertainment zone.

When we plan these spaces, we look at the flow. How do you move from the indoors to the outdoors? We ensure the transition is level, the flooring connects visually, and the overall aesthetic—whether rustic with stone walls or modern with glass and metal—complements the architecture of the rest of your home.
