Civil & Flooring
- Premium Stone: Large slab Italian marble (e.g., Bottrino, Grey Williams) for Living, Dining, and Lobby.

- Wet Areas: Anti-skid premium tiles with epoxy grouting.
- Wall Prep: POP punning on all walls for smooth paint/wallpaper application.
Woodwork & Joinery

- Large bespoke villa design and farmhouses with dramatic pools and modern-classical facades — perfect for both big gatherings and quiet family time.
- Multi-generational home layout is a specialty. I design so everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, finds their own comfortable spot.
