My Approach: From Dust to Destiny

I’m an IIT grad, and at Studio Srijan, technical precision is our backbone. Still, it’s more than just structure for us - every project is a chance to create something with soul. Since 1995, we’ve been mixing utility and style to turn empty plots into homes that actually feel like yours. Nothing cookie-cutter. My team and I sweat the details, aiming for designs that have elegance in every nook.

What you see is what you get. We start with detailed 3D designs, so you know exactly what’s coming. The finished building? It’ll match that vision - no surprises, no shortcuts.

What We Design

• Custom residential architecture is our first love, from cozy 160 sq. yard homes to big 1000 sq. yard villas all over Delhi-NCR.
• We’ve done commercial too - hospitals, offices - but homes are where our heart is.
• Modern facade design is our jam. Bold elevations, double-height entrances, cantilevered balconies, and pergolas that play with light. Our facades often become the talk of the neighborhood.
• We work with sustainable building materials like natural stone, wood, and metal screens (jalis), mixing modern and classic touches.
• Integrated space planning means your exterior and interior flow as one - think open plans, spiral staircases, and indoor-outdoor vibes.

Where We Build

Mostly Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida - but we’ve built homes in Varanasi, Coimbatore, and can travel for the right project.
