Design Suite

Vendor & Material Management
- Assistance in selecting premium exterior materials like zinc cladding and glazing
- Vetting and selecting civil contractors and fabricators
- Review of vendor shop drawings before manufacturing begins
Site Supervision & QC
- 2 to 4 site visits per month to monitor progress
- Mandatory inspections at critical stages: Foundation, Plinth, Lintel, and Roof casting
- Quality checks for wall straightness, right angles, and concrete curing
- Verification of contractor bills and measurements to prevent over invoicing
- On site coordination meetings to resolve structural and MEP clashes
