End-to-End Design & Supervision
Design & Documentation
- Includes all concept design, 3D renders, and municipal drawings from the Design & Technical Documentation package.
- Includes all Good for Construction (GFC) technical documentation and consultant coordination.
Site Supervision
- 4 to 6 site visits per month by architects to inspect critical stages like casting and masonry.
- Monitoring of on site contractors to ensure strict adherence to sculptural design intent.
- Generation of snag lists to identify and rectify execution errors before handover.
Landscape & Detailing
- Detailed design of outdoor spaces including boundary walls and entrance gates.
- Accompanied visits to vendors for selecting premium exterior materials like marble or wood.
- Shop drawings for bespoke elements like metal facade screens.
- Final as built drawings reflecting the constructed building for future reference.
