Custom Crafted Home Interiors
Scope of Work
Complete layout planning, 3D visualization, and material selection. Includes civil refurbishment such as bathroom waterproofing, tiling, and minor masonry repairs without structural demolition.
Flooring & Finishes
High-grade Indian Marble (White/Grey) in living areas and Engineered Wooden flooring or large format tiles in bedrooms. Walls finished with premium emulsion paint and POP punning for smooth surfaces.
Custom Joinery (The SML Look)
BWP Grade Plywood cabinetry finished with natural Teak or Oak veneers. Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes feature shutter detailing like fluted glass, cane weaving, or veneer textures.
Kitchen & Utility
Custom semi-modular kitchen with Quartz or Granite countertops. Includes branded hardware (Hettich/Blum soft close) and under-cabinet lighting.
Lighting
Architectural lighting plan including recessed COB lights, magnetic tracks, and point wiring for pendant fixtures.
Bespoke Architectural Renovation
Structural & Civil Interventions
Heavy demolition to alter layouts, create open plans, split-levels, or arched passageways. Construction of permanent masonry features like window seats and bay windows.
Exotic Flooring & Walls
Premium specifications including Cast-in-situ Terrazzo with brass inlays, Textured Granite, or rare marbles (Pink Makrana). Walls finished with hand-applied Lime Plaster (Araish/Stucco) or Micro-topping. Includes signature 15-inch high stone skirting.
Solid Wood & Fabrication
Use of solid Teak wood for beds, desks, and heavy dining tables. Custom-designed metal and fluted glass partition screens (floor-to-ceiling).
Luxury Bathrooms
Spa-grade execution featuring custom-fabricated floating marble washbasins, concealed plumbing fixtures (Black/Brass finishes), and floor-to-ceiling stone cladding.
HVAC & Systems

We’re SML Architects, right in the middle of Mumbai’s madness. For us, the city’s noise pushes us to chase the opposite: quiet, rooted homes.
