Design & Strategy
- Scope: Layout optimization without breaking walls; civil work limited to repairs.
- Theme: Modern Minimalist or Wabi-Sabi aesthetic with a focus on imperfection and raw textures.
- Management: Full site supervision by the design team.
Civil & Surface Finishes
- Flooring: High-quality matte/satin vitrified tiles or SPC wooden flooring overlays.
- Walls: Premium Plastic Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent).
- Ceiling: Minimal peripheral false ceiling to conceal wiring while exposing clean beams.
Custom Carpentry
- Core Material: BWP Marine Ply for wet areas, MR Grade commercial ply for dry areas.

- I’m hands-on from day one till handover. You get a home that’s done and ready to live in, not just a half-finished project.

Our 'Arah' project sums up our vibe: we got wild creative freedom, used old-school glass blocks to brighten up a dark home, and named it after 'Arihanta' (enlightenment).
