About The Clay Date: For Couples & Proposals
You don't need to be an artist to make this work. In our Clay Date, we guide you through the wheel and hand-building process, so you focus on the laughter and the conversation, not on perfecting your pot. It is supposed to be messy, and that is exactly where the fun happens.
A Date That Actually Connects
Sometimes, the best way to get to know someone is by doing something a little bit out of your comfort zone. When you walk into my Powai studio, you leave the city traffic and your screens behind. A Clay Date is a chance to get your hands dirty, share a few laughs when a pot inevitably wobbles, and actually focus on each other.
What Happens During a Clay Date
This is a private or semi-private session designed for two. You will get:
- Hands-on guidance: I help you navigate the pottery wheel and hand-building tables.
- A creative souvenir: You each walk away with a piece (bowl, mug, or planter) that we then trim, dry, and fire for you.
- The 'Sukoon' vibe: We set the mood with music and lighting, so it feels less like a classroom and more like a retreat.
Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup in 3 to 4 weeks, giving you a reason to plan your next visit to the studio!
