Luxury Waterfront & Resort Living
Architecture that harmonizes with the water. We craft immersive, climate-responsive spaces that blur the boundary between the built environment and the horizon.
Presenting a vision for a luxury seaside hotel in Coastal Karnataka. The design, with its rooftop infinity pool and fluid, wave-like forms, is a visionary marvel poised to redefine hospitality and achieve a prestigious 5-star status.
Every room of this waterfront home is designed to offer a clear view of the Gurupura river. The infinity pool with its cascading edge seems to merge with the landscape, creating a spectacular and immersive experience.
The deck of the Pai Residence features an informal outdoor dining area combined with a sunken seating space. This design creates an ideal setting for welcoming friends and family, with the infinity pool and river as a stunning backdrop.
This is what I do. This video offers a glimpse into the design of the Sea Front Business Hotel, showcasing its grand scale, intricate details, and the seamless integration of architecture, landscape, and water.
Designed to thrive in a hot and humid climate, this hotel features strategic openings for cross-ventilation. The architecture invites guests to immerse themselves in panoramic vistas of the sea, which is the cornerstone of the master plan.
This aerial view shows the hotel's relationship with the sea and its extensive, thoughtfully designed landscape. The circular motifs in the driveway and gardens echo the fluid forms of the building's architecture.
A duplicate of a previous image, this view again highlights the stunning rooftop infinity pool and the building's organic form, which draws inspiration from the rhythmic cadence of ocean waves.
This aerial perspective showcases the grand arrival court of the seaside hotel. The landscaping uses circular forms to organize space and movement, leading guests toward the entrance in a gracefully choreographed sequence.
A repetition of the previous aerial view, emphasizing the comprehensive design of the hotel's public-facing landscape, with its blend of formal geometry and soft, naturalistic planting.
Waking up to this view. The bedroom in the Pai Residence is designed with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, providing an uninterrupted connection to the private terrace, the river, and the morning sun.
About Luxury Waterfront & Resort Living
When we design for waterfront sites, the river or sea becomes the primary occupant of the room. At the Pai Residence in Mangaluru, we positioned the infinity pool as the central anchor, creating a seamless visual link between the deck, the dining area, and the Gurupura River beyond.
Creating spaces near water requires a deep understanding of both the environment and the structure. In our waterfront projects, we prioritize climate-responsive architecture to manage the hot and humid conditions typical of coastal Karnataka. By utilizing strategic openings and cross-ventilation, we ensure that the indoors remain cool without losing the connection to the panoramic vistas outside.
Our design approach centers on material honesty and spatial flow. For the Sea Front Business Hotel, we drew inspiration from the rhythmic cadence of ocean waves, translating fluid, organic forms into concrete and glass. This approach extends to our residential work, where we focus on creating private sanctuaries. We emphasize features like clerestory windows to invite northern light, and the use of natural stone and wood to ground the structure in its setting. Whether we are planning a master layout for a large villa or the fine details of an infinity pool deck, our goal is to create a living experience that feels like an extension of the landscape, not an imposition upon it.
