We don't believe in generic, one-size-fits-all routines. Each of our trainers brings a different specialty to the floor—from functional rehabilitation to advanced Pilates techniques—so you get a plan that actually respects your body's current state and specific goals.

The Team
- Ritesh Solanki: Our lead for functional and weight training. Ritesh brings a deep understanding of how to balance high-intensity movement with smart, controlled Pilates sessions to keep you injury-free.
- Deepak: Focused on holistic body transformation and rehabilitation. If you are part of a special population category or need a careful, progressive approach, Deepak is your go-to for safe, effective growth.
- Shadab: With an ACE certification and a background in sports nutrition, Shadab bridges the gap between what you do in the gym and what you put on your plate. He specializes in posture correction, making him an ideal partner if you spend your days at a desk.
Our Approach
We don't push the 'no pain, no gain' mantra if it means compromising your form. Instead, we prioritize precision. When you work with us, you are getting more than a spotter; you are getting a coach who watches your alignment, tracks your recovery, and modifies the intensity based on how you feel that day. From our private glass-enclosed Pilates studio to our main weight floor, every session is designed to make you feel stronger and more clear-headed by the time you leave.
