This is me, Vishesh, your dedicated Pilates coach. My passion is helping you achieve your fitness goals through mindful movement that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. I'm here to guide you through every step of your transformation.
Meet Shivam, another one of our certified Pilates coaches. He is dedicated to guiding you on your fitness journey and helping you build a stronger, more flexible you.
Most people think Pilates is just stretching, but it's so much more. I focus on building your strength from the inside out, improving not just your muscles but your joints and posture too. It's a complete mind-body workout that reduces stress and boosts your energy.
As your coach, I want you to understand the "why" behind Pilates. In this video, I break down five key benefits, including reduced injury risk, improved posture, and a stronger mind-body connection.
Today's focus is on the lower body. I'm demonstrating exercises that target the glutes, hamstrings, and quads to help you stay strong, toned, and pain-free in your daily life.
Coach Ankit explains the difference between Yoga and Pilates. While yoga is great for spiritual peace and static stretching, Pilates works on all aspects of fitness including core strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or recovering from an injury, our coaches customize the intensity and the reformer machine settings to ensure you are challenged safely. We don’t just watch; we correct your posture in real-time so you get the most out of every movement.
Our coaching philosophy at Stretch N Sweat is simple: fitness should be personal. You’re not just a number in a crowded gym. Whether you train with me, Vishesh, or work with Shivam or Ankit, you’ll notice a therapy-like approach to every class. We focus heavily on core strength and alignment, ensuring your spine stays healthy and your joints feel supported.
For those new to the reformer, we keep it slow. We explain the 'why' behind every movement—how it engages your deep core muscles or why it helps with posture correction. It’s all about building strength from the inside out. If you’re coming to us for injury rehab, we’ll move at your pace, using our equipment to modify exercises until you’re ready for more.
