Welcome to the PDP Kids Athletics Club. This is where our youngest champions, from ages 6 to 12, learn to run, jump, and play in a fun and encouraging environment.

For my youngest athletes, the focus is always on fitness and fun. Here, a group enjoys dynamic warm-up exercises on the synthetic track, building agility and coordination from a young age.

I provide hands-on coaching for all my athletes. Here, a coach carefully guides young hurdlers, correcting their form to ensure they learn the proper technique safely and effectively.

About Fun, Fitness, and Fundamentals: Kids Athletics Club

We keep group sizes capped at 25 kids to ensure each athlete gets individual attention from our NIS-certified coaches. You do not need expensive gear to start; just bring them in comfortable sports shoes and clothes, and we provide all the hurdles, cones, and relay batons. The sessions focus on movement literacy and motor skills, meaning your child develops physical confidence while having fun with peers, not just grinding out laps.
