Badminton is not just a sport for us - it's a journey. At Eminent Badminton Academy, I believe steady growth matters more than instant perfection. There’s no magic shortcut, but if you show up and put in the effort, I'll be right there with you.
Who Trains With Me
- Kids and juniors: I make sure young champs get the basics right. Toss practice, footwork drills for badminton, and loads of fun - plus, I really push for more girls to join in.
- Adults: Whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or returning after years, I run groups for all skill levels. If you’re 35+ and want to compete, I’ve got special sessions for you.
- Aspiring competitors: For those aiming high, my competitive badminton training is intense. Expect tough sessions and real prep for tournaments.
My Coaching Approach
- Personalised plans - I won’t treat you like just another player.
- Daily progress checks, so you actually see improvement.
- On-court focus: multi-shuttle drills, jump smashes, singles/doubles strategy.
- Off-court fitness: gym workouts, agility drills, stretching.
- Recovery routines including ice baths (haan, thoda thanda lagta hai! - yeah, it feels cold!) because rest is as important as training.
Facilities
I coach at two centres in Gurugram. You’ll train on indoor courts with green matting and wooden flooring. There’s a fitness area and all the gear you need to hit your goals.

From 7-year-old champs to adults chasing podiums, we’re all about pushing together. One kid told us, ‘Coach bonds with everyone so well’ – honestly, that’s the best part.
