About Fitness & Personal Growth

You do not need to be an expert to use basketball as a fitness tool. At our Sector 65 facility, we integrate agility ladders, shuttle runs, and core-strength exercises directly into the warm-up, so you get a full-body workout before the game even starts. If your goal is weight loss or stamina building, ask our coaches about the aerobic conditioning blocks we include in the daily sessions.
