About Multi-Sport: Swim, Bike, Run
When you are new to multi-sport, the hardest part is often the transition between activities—that is where 'brick training' comes in. We simplify this by combining activities like swimming and cycling in a single session, guided by the group, so you never have to figure out the logistics or the timing alone.
At SpokesWomen, we do not believe in barriers. Whether you are looking to complete your first Super Sprint triathlon or just want to try a duathlon for the first time, our multi-sport sessions are designed for every fitness level. We know that signing up for your first event can be intimidating, which is why we focus on making the process friendly and accessible.
Our 'Takes Two to Tango' and 'Tri You Must' challenges are built to be inclusive, not intimidating. We plan routes across Namma Bengaluru—from lake loops to city stretches—and provide the camaraderie you need to keep going when your legs get heavy. We host everything from casual weekend escapes with good food to structured training sessions that help you tackle your first ITT or triathlon distance.
Beyond the challenges, we focus on skill development. Our workshops cover essential mechanics like transition techniques, bike maintenance, and injury prevention, often led by physiotherapists and experts. It is about being prepared, staying safe, and making sure the post-session breakfast is well-earned. We are not just training for a podium; we are training to build a habit that lasts, surrounded by a tribe that cheers for every mile, every stroke, and every step.
