Triathlon and Open Water Swimming Training
We take our championship mindset out of the 50m pool and into the open water. Whether you are training for a triathlon or a long-distance swim, our programs provide the tactical edge you need to compete and win.
Our open water champions, Dhyan Balakrishna and Janya B.S., after their podium finishes at the SFI National Open Water Swimming Championships. Dhyan secured silver in the 5K, while Janya won bronze in both the 5K and 10K races.

Congratulations to our triathlete Yajat for winning gold at the INS Rajali Triathlon 2024. This event also served as a selection trial for the Asia Triathlon Cup, and we are proud of his performance.

Open water is not just about raw stamina. It is about navigating currents and sighting markers while maintaining pace over long distances. We integrate high-intensity, dry-land strength conditioning with specialized open-water drills so your body learns to handle the unpredictability of lakes and seas as comfortably as it handles a controlled swimming lane.
Success in triathlons and open water swimming requires a different level of toughness. When our athletes compete in events like the SFI National Open Water Championships, they aren't just swimming; they are executing a race plan against nature.
How We Train
We focus on the transition from the pool to the open environment. This involves:
- Tactical Sighting: Training to maintain a straight line and efficient path, saving vital energy.
- Endurance Conditioning: Our gym sessions are tailored for multi-sport athletes. If you are training for an Ironman or a sprint triathlon, your dry-land strength needs to complement your stroke mechanics.
- Mental Resilience: Races are often won in the head. We prepare our athletes to stay calm and focused when the water gets choppy or when the distance pushes their limits.

From Dhyan Balakrishna securing silver in the 5K at the SFI National Open Water Championships to Janya B.S. podium finishes in both 5K and 10K races, our results speak for themselves.
