About this collection
We believe cross-training is the secret to staying injury-free and consistent. Our Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions are led by certified physiotherapists, focusing on core stability and mechanics rather than just lifting weights. Meanwhile, our swimming group tackles everything from drills at Gunjur Lake to epic open water relay challenges. Whether you are training for your first triathlon or simply building strength to stay active, our 'no member left behind' philosophy applies here too.
Beyond the Bike: Our Multisport Philosophy
While cycling is our core, we know that becoming a well-rounded athlete requires more than just time in the saddle. Our approach is holistic, aiming to build strength that carries over into every aspect of life.
Strength & Conditioning (S&C)
We don't do generic gym workouts. Our sessions are specifically designed for endurance athletes. By partnering with expert physiotherapists, we ensure our Spokies build functional strength that prevents injuries common to cyclists and runners. These workshops focus on:
- Core stability and posture correction
- Injury prevention drills
- Muscle endurance for long-distance events
The Open Water Community
From Gunjur Lake to the Palk Strait, our swimmers are doing incredible things. Our community provides the support network needed for open water swimming, offering peer mentorship and safety coordination. We celebrate members like Asha, who proved that with the right preparation and support, even challenging relay swims across the Palk Strait are within reach.
Stories That Inspire
We are a community of homemakers, doctors, and professionals who found our passion later in life. Take Dr. Kavitha Rao, for example. Her journey from starting cycling later in life to incorporating structured training into her busy schedule as a doctor is the heart of what we do. Her story is a reminder that it is never too late to find your 'Happy Us' vibe.
Whether it is Shreya being recognized as a leadership icon or a new member completing their first 10km run, we celebrate every single win. Come for the fitness, stay for the stories, and leave with a tribe that has your back.
SpokesWomen
We are not a faceless gym or a cold training academy. We are a sisterhood of cyclists, swimmers, and runners who hype each other up every single step of the way. If you want a judgment-free zone where we celebrate every win—big or small—come join the tribe.
