We're SpokesWomen - more than just a club, really. Our crew is all about adventure, fitness, and backing each other up. Most of us started out as total newbies, some are old hands, but we all believe you can jump in anytime. #justride is our motto, and we mean it. Hogona! (Let's go!)

What We Do

  • We’re a full-on women’s cycling group in Bangalore, but also into running and multi-sport. Our rides range from chill weekend escapes with good food and laughs, to hardcore training for races and big events like the Tour of Nilgiris or local ITTs.
  • Into running? Loads of us train for the TCS 10k and Tata Mumbai Marathon, and we turn out for charity runs too. Always a bunch of Spokies cheering, running, or volunteering.
  • Curious about multi-sport? We help you get started with beginner-friendly duathlon training, rookie triathlons, and even our own fundraiser events. Nobody gets left behind.
  • Strength & conditioning is a big deal for us. We run group sessions to stay injury-free, build core strength, and just keep moving better.

Our Vibe

The best part is the sisterhood endurance sports brings. We hype each other up, celebrate every finish line (even if it’s just getting through a tough week), and push through group challenges like SW600. It’s all about showing up, doing your thing, and having fun with your tribe. Namma Bengaluru - namma style!

My Story

Hey! We’re SpokesWomen - not a company, more like a bunch of mad-happy women who just love adventure. You’ll find us laughing our way through weekend rides, munching on breakfast, and sometimes shouting, Hogona 200 km cycle alli? (Let's go 200km on a cycle?) because, why not! All ages, all backgrounds, doctors, homemakers - we’re about women supporting women. Achievements big or small, we cheer loud. If you want real sisterhood, sweaty hugs, and the ‘Happy Us’ vibe, jump in.
