Welcome to our highlight reel! We are a Bengaluru-based tribe of women who cycle, run, swim, and lift together. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting, here is a glimpse into the community we have built.

More than a club, we're a crew. This is the heart of SpokesWomen: the support, the laughter, and the bond we build on and off the bike. This is our 'why'.
We believe in training smart to stay injury-free. Our Strength & Conditioning sessions focus on building core strength and functional fitness, helping us perform better in cycling, running, and all our endurance sports.
Our members don't just stick to the road. Here's our very own Asha, part of a relay team that swam across the Palk Strait from Sri Lanka to India. It's a testament to the adventurous spirit we foster.
From pedals to pavement, we take on challenges like the iconic Tata Mumbai Marathon. We train for it, we run it, and we celebrate every finish line, proving that our strength is versatile.
We love a good race. Here's one of our Spokies hitting the podium at a Bangalore Bicycle Championships Individual Time Trial (ITT). We support and celebrate our members who love to compete.
We never miss a chance to celebrate and have fun. An Independence Day ride ending with a dance in front of the Vidhana Soudha perfectly captures our cheerful, energetic vibe.
About this collection
You don't need a high-end bike or professional gear to join us. Our rides are structured for every pace, with experienced leads and sweepers ensuring that nobody ever gets left behind. If you are nervous about your first group ride, know that we prioritize safety, formation training, and hand signals so you feel confident from the very first kilometer.
We are more than a cycling club; we are a sisterhood that supports women through fitness. Based in Namma Bengaluru, our training grounds range from iconic climbs like Nandi Hills to chilled city loops perfect for post-ride coffee and breakfast.
The No-Drop Protocol
Whether it is a 30km weekend spin or training for the Tour of Nilgiris, our rides include dedicated sweepers and support vehicles. You are never riding alone. We focus on teaching you how to ride safely in a pack, making even the busiest city roads feel manageable.
Multi-Sport & Strength
Our Spokies do not just ride. We train for the TCS 10k, organize swim sessions at Gunjur Lake, and host beginner-friendly duathlon clinics. We believe strength matters for injury prevention, so we run sessions at local studios focusing on core stability and functional mobility to keep you active longer.
