Whether you are training for your first triathlon or simply aiming to conquer your fear of the water, our Jellies squad is built for you. We combine serious endurance training with a supportive community that keeps you moving.

This picture perfectly captures the spirit of our adult team, the Jellies. We named ourselves after getting stung during a race in Goa, deciding to embrace adversity and make the jellyfish our mascot.

The stats from an Ironman race. It's a tough event, but with a solid training plan and mental preparation, our swimmers are ready to face the challenge.

The swim leg of an Ironman can be challenging, especially in cold water. We help our athletes prepare mentally and physically for all conditions they might face.

Bilateral breathing is a key skill for open water swimming, especially when the sun is in your eyes. This is one of the many race-specific techniques we teach our triathletes.

That moment of transition from the swim to the bike is crucial in a triathlon. Our training ensures you have the endurance to finish the swim strong and ready for the next leg.

About this collection

Swimming for endurance is a different beast than casual lane swimming. In our Jellies sessions, we move away from shallow-end drills to deep-water endurance sets, focusing on the specific sighting and breathing techniques you need for open water races like the Ironman, or simply to build stamina in the pool.

Why we are called 'The Jellies'

We don't just swim; we persevere. A couple of years ago, our team competed at the Goa Swimathon and every single one of us got badly stung by a bloom of jellyfish. Instead of quitting, we finished our 5km and 10km races. We doused ourselves in vinegar, took our medals, and decided to own it. Today, the jellyfish is our mascot and a badge of honor. It is this spirit of overcoming adversity that defines our squad.

Our Training Focus

Being a 'Jelly' is about your personal goals. We have triathletes prepping for the 70.3, open water enthusiasts, and Masters swimmers.

  • Endurance & Volume: We focus on anaerobic threshold sprints and long-distance sets up to 3km per session. We use deep water facilities (7 feet deep) so you get constant, uninterrupted motion.
  • Open Water Skills: If you have ever felt panic in open water, we teach you how to handle it. From sighting drills, where you lift your head to navigate without losing momentum, to drafting and pack swimming, we prepare you for race-day conditions.
  • Holistic Growth: You cannot swim fast if your body is not resilient. We integrate dry-land workouts for core stability and shoulder 'bulletproofing' to keep you injury-free.
