Architecture is a conversation with nature, not a barrier against it. Here, we showcase a collection of spaces where material, light, and soul converge to create lasting atmosphere.

This is the life we create. A home nestled in the verdant landscape of Alibaug, designed not as a weekend retreat, but as a permanent commune with nature. We believe architecture should be a second skin that soothes your being as you live and grow within it.

The Lakeshore house at dusk, a filter for breezes and views on Lake Osman Sagar. Here, a prefabricated steel skeleton and walls of rammed earth from the site itself come together, creating a home that almost disappears into the treeline.

A glimpse into our vision for the Koba House. We asked, what if the courtyard was not just adjacent to the living space, but part of it? An olive tree rises from a black water court, blurring the line between home and garden, making light the main event.

We believe details make the project. This spiral staircase is more than a way to move between floors; it is a sculpture of aged brass, a ribbon of metal crafted to be as satisfying to the hand as it is to the eye.

The experience center for our Ikebana apartment project. We used elemental materials, white surfaces, and a black reflective water plane to create a sense of deep peace, a quiet soul that serves as the ethos for the entire building.

For this Bombay penthouse with ocean views, we created a warm, expansive atmosphere for family life and entertaining. The space is a testament to our belief in using all Indian materials, from Bhanswara marble to salvaged teak and a bespoke Abu Black marble dining table.

Our first project in Dubai, a home called Ishtika, or 'brick'. Here, a sand-toned brick courtyard and a Corten steel bridge create a modern oasis that echoes the architectural traditions of the Middle East while embracing contemporary Indian art and design.

Architecture is where you physically connect with a space. This custom-made solid brass lever handle was designed for tactile comfort. With eyes closed, it feels just right, a small but essential part of the home's story.

About Featured

Every project here, whether a Mumbai penthouse or a brick courtyard home, follows our 'listener's approach.' We start with the site, not a pre-conceived style. When you walk through our studio, you won't find trend books—you'll find physical models and experiments with rammed earth, salvaged teak, and local stone. If you are looking for a home that feels honest, responsive to the local climate, and designed for living rather than showing off, let’s talk.

Architecture as a Second Skin

We don't design to make a statement. We design to build a shelter that ages gracefully, much like a favorite coat. For us, the process begins by understanding how you want to live—whether you seek the quiet of a reflective water pool or the social warmth of an open-plan kitchen.

The Language of Materials

Our palette is rooted in the earth. We use basalt, granite, salvaged teak, and aged brass not because they are trendy, but because they hold a memory. In our Lakeshore house project, we utilized rammed earth directly from the site, allowing the structure to disappear into the treeline. In our Bombay penthouses, we lean on Bhanswara white marble and solid teak to create a warm, expansive atmosphere conducive to family life.

Why Atmosphere Matters

We believe that a house should breathe. By using high roofs, cross-ventilation, and internal courtyards, we bridge the gap between indoor comfort and the external landscape. Our work—from the Ikebana apartment project to private family homes—is unified by a single goal: creating a sense of peace.

Our Process

  • Listening: We start by understanding your site and your unique lifestyle.
  • Craftsmanship: Every detail, from the spiral of a staircase to the feel of a door handle, is custom-designed.
  • Honesty: No hidden structures, no fake veneers. Just the building, the light, and you.

If your vision involves a home that feels deeply rooted and undeniably real, we are ready to listen.
