I bring the warmth of the Mediterranean to Bangalore using white plaster walls, terracotta roofs, and timeless arches that ground your home in the landscape.

See a concept come to life. This video compares the initial 3D render of a Spanish-style villa with the final built home, showcasing the faithful execution of the design vision.

Step inside the villa, where interior arches and a double-height ceiling create a sense of grandeur and openness. The design emphasizes a lived-in, comfortable atmosphere.

About Mediterranean & Spanish Inspired Villas

What most people notice first are the arches, but the real work lies in how we manage light. In these villas, we do not just add a window; we orient the building to capture the movement of the sun across the white stucco throughout the day. If you look at our construction photos, you will see that we focus heavily on the texture of the plaster and the weight of the terracotta, because a Spanish villa in Bangalore needs to feel authentic, not like a superficial imitation.

Achieving that Mediterranean feel in a city like Bangalore requires a delicate balance. It is not just about the aesthetic—it is about the climate. We use thick wall treatments and deep, covered verandas to keep the interiors cool, mimicking the way these homes function in warmer climates.

The Spanish Architectural Approach

When we draft these floor plans, I prioritize the transition spaces. A Spanish villa should have a seamless flow between the interior living areas and the outdoor garden. We often use custom-fabricated ironwork, Sal wood door frames, and high-ceiling volumes to create that sense of openness.

Render vs. Reality

I believe in honesty. The visual gap between a concept sketch and a built structure is where projects often fail. My team and I are obsessively hands-on during the masonry stage. Whether it is the curve of an arch or the slope of a terracotta tile roof, we ensure the execution matches the initial vision. If you value a process where you see the progress, the mess, and the final result, we will work well together.
