Because I make these in small batches, you won't find any 'standing stock' in my kitchen. When you order, I fry the meat until it reaches the right texture and then mix it with fresh masala on the same day. If you prefer your pickle with a higher spice kick or a milder heat, just let me know when you message me—I adjust the chilli levels personally for every single jar.
How My Pickles Stay Fresh
I grew up watching my mother mix pickles, and I follow those same traditions. I don't use palm oil or artificial preservatives. I only use fresh sunflower or groundnut oil for frying, and I never reuse it. This ensures that the pickle has a clean, authentic taste without that stale aftertaste you sometimes get from mass-produced jars.

- Meat Quality: I use fresh-dressed chicken and tender goat meat sourced daily. There is no frozen meat in my kitchen.
- The Ratio: You get about 60% meat to 40% masala gravy, so every bite is packed with flavour.
- The Heat: I exclusively use 'Bedigha' variety red chillies. They give that deep, rich red colour and authentic Andhra heat without needing artificial food dyes.
