Because I make these in small batches, you won't find any 'standing stock' in my kitchen. When you order, I fry the meat until it reaches the right texture and then mix it with fresh masala on the same day. If you prefer your pickle with a higher spice kick or a milder heat, just let me know when you message me—I adjust the chilli levels personally for every single jar.
