I prepare every jar of pickle fresh after you order, right from my kitchen in Ravinuthala. No pre-made stock, just traditional recipes and pure ingredients.

This is how I make my fresh batch of Mutton and Prawns pickle. I use only homemade masalas and prepare every non-veg pickle right after you order, so it’s always fresh. You can see how tender and juicy the pieces are, perfect for mixing with hot rice.

Unlike store-bought jars that sit on shelves for months, I never keep pre-made stock. When you order, I go into the kitchen and prepare your pickle from scratch using fresh ingredients and single-use oil. It takes a little extra time to dispatch, but this is the only way to get the true 'amma cheti vanta' taste in every bite.
