I believe the best meals are the ones that remind you of home. My pickles are not mass-produced; they are my personal recipes, prepared carefully to ensure that specific Naga profile—spicy, tangy, and deeply savoury.
What Goes Into My Pickles
- The Protein: I use high-quality Pork (with that essential fat cap), Buff, and Chicken. I pay close attention to the cut—whether you prefer bite-sized chunks or shredded, floss-like texture, I can customize it for you.
- The Spice & Herbs: The magic happens with local ingredients. I use dry bamboo shoots, Naga garlic, and authentic raja mircha for that signature kick.
- The Texture: Each jar has roughly a 60% meat-to-masala ratio. This ensures you get plenty of protein in every spoonful, not just oil and spices.
Storage & Freshness
Everything is FSSAI certified and made without artificial preservatives. Because I use oil as a natural preservative, my pickles typically stay fresh for 1 to 3 months when stored properly. Keep the oil seal intact after every use to maintain that flavour.
