Participating in "Design Par Charcha," an online discussion with Urban Sketchers Indore. The digital medium allows these important conversations about design to reach a wider audience.

A final review is a moment of collective learning. Here, I am listening to a student's presentation alongside other respected practitioners, offering feedback from multiple perspectives.

Examining a detailed site model with a student. Understanding the context of a project is the first step towards a sensitive and appropriate design response.

About Academic Engagement & Mentorship

In design reviews, I look for more than just technical proficiency. I focus on the clarity of a student's enquiry—how well they understand the context of their site and how rigorously they have questioned their own assumptions. It is a collaborative process where the dialogue between practitioner and student often reveals new perspectives for both.
