120 Hard Fitness Challenge in Greater Noida
I live what I teach. This 120-day fitness journey is my personal commitment to the grind, showing you that real strength is built one session at a time.
Leading the team through mini-hurdle drills. I believe a coach must be on the field, in the dirt, sharing the struggle with his athletes.
Day 50 of my 120 Hard Fitness Challenge. Using a hurdle for stretching after a tough workout. Flexibility is as important as strength.
Day 46 of the 120 Hard Fitness Challenge. Working on agility and speed with ladder and hurdle drills.
Day 43 of the challenge. Incorporating throwing drills into my own workout to maintain functional strength and technique.
Day 42 of my 120 Hard Fitness Challenge. A solo run on the field. Discipline is what you do when no one is watching.
Day 37 of the challenge. Working on my own running form and agility. A coach must stay sharp.
Day 35 of the 120 Hard Fitness Challenge. Leading my athletes in running drills. My struggle is their motivation.
Day 31: Agility, Balance, and Coordination. Leading by example during an ABC drill session.
Day 30 of the 120 Hard Fitness Challenge. Pushing through ladder and hurdle drills alongside my athletes.
Day 25 of the challenge. Using the sandpit for plyometric jump training to build my own explosive power.
About The Coach's Corner: 120 Hard Fitness Challenge
When I say I focus on 'sangharsh' (struggle), I mean the daily grind. During this 120-day challenge, I personally demonstrate every hurdle drill, plyometric jump, and agility ladder routine that my athletes perform. This is not about showing off; it is about showing you that no matter if you are a beginner or a national-level aspirant, the fundamentals of speed, coordination, and mental toughness remain the same for everyone on my ground.
My training philosophy in Greater Noida is simple: no shortcuts, only hard work. This 120 Hard Fitness Challenge is the backbone of the Athletics Future Academy. It forces you to show up, even when your body tells you to stop.
Why This Challenge Works
Most people look for quick fixes. At my academy, we build a base. Whether we are doing sprint block start drills, hurdle rhythm work, or explosive plyometrics in the sandpit, the goal is to make you competition-ready. By following my daily routine, you learn how to handle the physical and mental pressure of a real event.
What You Will Actually Do
- Agility & Coordination: Using ladders and cones to build footwork.
- Technical Drills: A-Skip, B-Skip, and explosive hurdle work to refine your form.
- Power Training: Using medicine balls and plyometric hops to build explosive strength.
- Mental Toughness: The most important part. You will sweat, you will struggle, and you will learn to push past it.
This isn't a gym where you walk on a treadmill. We train on grass and tracks, under the sun. If you are serious about joining the Indian Army, police, or chasing athletic medals, you need this foundation. I don't just coach you; I train with you. If you have the guts to show up every day, I have the plan to make you a champion.
Sonu Bhati
Log mujhe Sonu Bhati kehte hain. My academy in Greater Noida isn't for people looking for easy wins; it's for those ready to sweat for their goals. I train with my athletes because a coach who doesn't walk the path shouldn't be leading it.
