My coaching style is rooted in the reality of Greater Noida. We do not have the luxury of a synthetic track, and that is exactly why we win. My athletes learn to master their craft on grass, which builds better core strength and mental toughness. By the time they reach a competition, the surface does not matter because their foundation is rock solid.
