About this collection
Our fitness sessions are designed for one purpose: to simulate the grueling demands of a match. We do not just run laps. We focus on explosive footwork, core stability, and reaction drills on our red clay courts, often in the midday sun. It is demanding work. Some students call it a 'horror movie', but this is exactly how you build the stamina to win when your opponent is already exhausted.

Our Approach to Conditioning
- Explosive Power: We use medicine ball throws and plyometrics to ensure every serve and groundstroke has the power needed at the national and ITF levels.
- Agility & Reaction: Tennis is a game of seconds. Through ladder drills, reaction balls, and custom footwork circuits, we train your body to respond instinctively before the ball even clears the net.
- Heat Acclimatization: We conduct outdoor sessions in real conditions. Tennis does not stop for the sun, and neither do we.
- Injury Prevention: Flexibility is not optional. We incorporate dedicated stretching and resistance band work to protect joints and ensure you stay on the court for the long season.
