Champions are built long before they step on the court. We skip the easy routes to build the strength, agility, and stamina that win matches.

This is our philosophy in action. We use on-court boxing drills to build explosive power and hand speed. The direct, no-nonsense coaching you hear is how we push players past their limits to unlock their full potential.

Here, we are working on hand acceleration and footwork with a player. The verbal cues like 'Body dheela kar' (loosen your body) and 'distance bana na' (maintain distance) are part of our hands-on, technique-focused coaching style.

Sand fitness drills are a core part of our conditioning. This high-resistance training builds incredible lower body strength, improves balance, and enhances agility, giving our players a physical edge over their opponents.

Hill fitness sessions are designed to build mental toughness and cardiovascular endurance. These grueling drills with cones improve footwork, speed, and a player's ability to recover quickly during long matches.

A compilation showing the variety in our fitness regimen, from intense hill training to on-court drills. We believe in a holistic approach to building a complete tennis athlete.

Track fitness is essential for developing raw speed and stamina. Here, our players are engaged in sprint drills on a running track to improve their court coverage and overall athletic performance.

Stair training is another tool we use to build explosive power and leg endurance. These sessions are tough but are incredibly effective for improving a player's movement and stamina on the court.

A glimpse into a gym session where a player is performing various strength and conditioning exercises, including deadlifts and box jumps, under my supervision. This is crucial for power development and injury prevention.

This video showcases one of our female athletes performing dumbbell lunges and overhead presses. We create tailored strength programs to build functional power that translates directly to the tennis court.

Here, a young athlete is working on foundational strength exercises like squats and box jumps. Building a strong physical base from an early age is critical for long-term success and injury prevention.

About The Grind: Beyond the Court

You’ll notice our training isn't just standard gym work. We use sand pits, hill sprints, and boxing pads to force your body to adapt. It’s not comfortable, but it builds the kind of explosive speed and recovery capacity you need for a three-set match. This is where we build the engine, not just the strokes.
