Evidence-Based Strength & Conditioning Mentorship
Bridge the gap between textbook theory and gym-floor reality with science-backed mentorship and practical training workshops in Bengaluru.
This is Velocity-Based Training (VBT) in action. I use tools like the Gymaware Flex to provide real-time, objective feedback on bar speed. This allows coaches to autoregulate training loads based on an athlete's daily readiness, moving beyond static percentage-based programs to optimize power output and manage fatigue with scientific precision.
Presenting at an INSCA conference on the application of Olympic lifting across various sports. My goal in these sessions is to bridge the gap between academic research and practical, on-the-floor coaching, providing other coaches with actionable, evidence-based strategies.
Here, I break down the biomechanics of the front squat versus the back squat. Understanding the differences in force vectors, moment arms, and muscle activation is crucial for coaches to select the right exercise for a specific athletic adaptation, whether it's enhancing quadriceps engagement or maximizing posterior chain loading.
Hands-on guidance is a cornerstone of my mentorship. Here, I'm working with a coach during a CSCS practical workshop, focusing on precise technique and execution. My approach is collaborative; we discuss, question, and refine movements together.
I am proud to have earned the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with Distinction from the NSCA. This reflects not just a certification, but a deep commitment to ongoing education and contributing to the profession, a principle I instill in the coaches I mentor.
This demonstrates the critical difference between single-effort and multiple-effort plyometrics. I teach coaches how to program these distinct modalities to target specific outcomes, from improving an athlete's peak power for a single explosive action to building reactive strength for repeated efforts.

About this collection
You need to bridge the gap between textbook theory and the gym floor. In my Bengaluru-based CSCS practical workshops, we focus on real-time cueing and biomechanical analysis—fixing your demonstration skills and understanding the 'why' behind the lift, not just the 'how.'
My approach to Strength and Conditioning isn't a top-down lecture. It is a collaborative space where we break down complex research into practical, on-the-floor coaching strategies. I don't believe in gatekeeping knowledge. Whether we are discussing advanced periodization models or using tools like Gymaware for Velocity-Based Training (VBT), everything I share has been tested in my own training cycle.
Why join the mentorship
When you prep for the NSCA CSCS practical exam, reading the textbook is insufficient. You need to master the force-vector mechanics and the nuances of Olympic lifting cues. My workshops provide hands-on experience, where we conduct video analysis of lifts to assess bar path speed and joint angles. We move away from static percentage-based training, teaching you how to autoregulate load based on an athlete's daily readiness.
What you get
- Deep-Dive Technical Analysis: Learn to calculate force vectors and moment arms for movements like the front vs. back squat.
- Programming Audits: We review your client programs using scientific models like GAS and supercompensation.
- Practical Workshops: Weekend sessions in Bengaluru covering plyometrics, VBT integration, and career roadmapping.
I treat my own training as a laboratory. When I advocate for a specific deadlift variation or a velocity loss threshold, it is because I have used it to manage fatigue and optimize power output in my own sessions. You bring your context and your challenges, and we build your coaching philosophy from there.
