This is the first set of visuals a user sees. It’s designed to quickly establish my credibility as a hands-on, evidence-based educator for Strength and Conditioning (S&C) coaches. The media are ordered to tell a story: I use advanced tools, I teach, I break down the science, I provide hands-on mentorship, I have the credentials, I cover diverse topics, I build a community, and I practice what I preach.
S&C Mentorship & Workshops
This is where I translate theory into practice for other coaches. These sessions include hands-on workshops for CSCS practical exam preparation in Bengaluru, group deep-dives on advanced topics, and conference presentations where I share my evidence-based approach with the wider S&C community.
Evidence-Based Coaching Principles
My mentorship is rooted in science. This section provides a look into the core concepts I teach, including advanced periodization models, biomechanical analysis of lifts, and data-driven methods like Velocity-Based Training (VBT). I break down complex research into practical, applicable strategies for coaches.
My Credentials & Professional Development
I believe that to be an effective mentor, one must be a dedicated student. This is a collection of my qualifications, including my MSc in Performance Coaching and certifications from leading bodies like NSCA, ASCA, and EXOS. I am constantly attending workshops and courses to ensure the knowledge I share is current and tested.
Practice What I Preach: My Own Training
I use my own training as a laboratory to test and refine the evidence-based methods I teach. This is where I apply principles of biomechanics, periodization, and VBT to my own lifts. It ensures that the guidance I provide is not just theoretical but has been tested in the trenches.
