Those 4 PM hunger pangs usually lead to deep-fried snacks, but you don't have to compromise on health for taste. My soya sticks and roasted chana are entirely dry-roasted, delivering that sharp, masaledar crunch without the oil. They satisfy your cravings while keeping your energy steady without the heavy feeling that comes with fried alternatives.
I started making these because I wanted to snack properly without relying on oily, store-bought packets that leave you feeling sluggish. Everything you see here is made for that specific reason: to give you a genuine, healthy alternative.
Why these work
My approach is straightforward—no frying, ever. I use dry roasting to bring out the natural texture of the ingredients. Whether it is the protein-packed Bam Bam roasted chana or my masala soya sticks, you get a snack that stays crunchy and flavorful for months without any greasy residue.
