Why I Do What I Do
I grew up missing those asli (real) festival snacks that taste just right - you know, like how mom used to get them from back home. So, I started bringing those flavours straight to your doorstep, no shortcuts, no fake stuff.
Festive Calendar Favourites
- For Ganesh Chaturthi, I get authentic modaks for Ganesh Chaturthi, straight from Chitale Bandhu in Maharashtra. Both classic and mango ones - they hit different.
- Winter is my excuse to overload on winter gajak and feeni treats. I fetch gajak and revadi from Indore, tilpatti from Beawar, and feeni from Rajasthan.
- Holi means bingeing on Holi sweet boondi hampers - sweet boondi that lasts for days. My Holi hampers get people talking.
- Shivratri specials are all about rich dry fruit barfi and coconut barfi made with jaggery.
Seasonal Hits
- When mango season comes, I bring alphonso mango seasonal specials - Alphonso mangoes from Devgad and Ratnagiri. Chunda (Gujarati-style) and spicy aam ka achar (North Indian) come along for the ride.
- Lonavala’s Maganlal Chikki is my winter staple. It’s healthy and crunchy, perfect for those chilly evenings.
