I believe that childhood should be a balanced mix of high-energy fun and gentle, mindful calm. My music and movement sessions use rhythm, dance, and sensory sound tools to help little ones build confidence, emotional regulation, and happy, healthy bodies.

This is the beginning of our "Happy Hearts & Magic Sounds" session. Children sit on their mats, centered and ready to explore the various sound instruments I have laid out for them.

A closer look at the magical tools we use for our sound wellness sessions. The collection includes Tibetan singing bowls, a kalimba, chimes, and other percussion instruments that create a calming, immersive experience.

I am demonstrating how to use one of the sound instruments before the children get to try. This guided approach helps them understand and respect the tools we use for our wellness activities.

Nothing beats firsthand experience. The children are gathered around a large singing bowl, feeling the vibrations of the sound through the water and with their hands, a truly multi-sensory moment.

At the end of our sound session, the children lie down and relax. I move around the room with different instruments, creating a soothing sound bath that promotes deep calm and mindfulness.

Let's dance! My "Dance Moves" class for kids aged 2.5 to 5.5 years is full of energy. We learn simple, fun choreography that gets everyone moving, grooving, and smiling.

We love celebrating together with music and dance. Here, the children are joyfully dancing and celebrating the festival of Lohri in our classroom, learning about cultural traditions through movement.

About Music, Movement & Emotional Wellness

Every session I conduct is designed to be multi-sensory, moving away from structured drills to free-flowing expression. Whether your child is releasing energy through our energetic dance routines or learning to find calm with Tibetan singing bowls, they are developing gross motor skills and emotional regulation simultaneously. We keep our batches small, typically between 6 to 12 children, to ensure I can give every little star the personal attention they need to feel safe while expressing themselves.
