Multi-Activity After School Program
Schedule & Supervision
- Frequency: 2 days per week (Approx. 8 sessions per month).
- Time: 2 hours per session (Total ~16 hours of engagement).
- Ratio: Small batches (1:8 to 1:12) with lead supervision.
- Venue: Conducted inside partner preschool premises (Air-conditioned).
Rotational Activities
- Fitness: 20 to 30 mins of gross motor drills, obstacle courses, and simple yoga.
- Art: Guided drawing and craft using provided student-grade supplies (crayons, origami, glue).
- Brain Games: Logic worksheets, puzzles, and memory building exercises.
- Communication: Impromptu storytelling and vocabulary games.
Parent Communication
- Updates: Regular photos and video snippets sent via WhatsApp.
- Policy: No makeup classes for missed group sessions.
Specialized Skill Development Classes
Class Structure
- Selection: Choice of ONE specific track (Gymnastics, Dance, Phonics, Handwriting, or Vedic Maths).
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per class.
- Frequency: 2 to 3 days per week depending on the activity.

- Instruction: Taught by specialized subject tutors rather than generalists.
- Gymnastics: Use of floor mats, crash mats, and balance beams (Recreational grade).
- Academics: Worksheets, Abacus tools, and practice notebooks provided for in-class use.

Theatre & Confidence Workshop

Production Value

Why I Started Skillful Minds
Since 2009, it’s been my dream to make learning a happy, memorable adventure for kids. I wanted a place where children could grow, not just memorize. Skillful Minds is my way of helping kids build real confidence and life skills, not just marks on paper.
What Happens Here
At our centres, bachche (kids) get to explore more than 30 activities - all in one spot. No need for parents to run around all over town. We believe in learning through play, not boring repetition. Our activities are hands-on, interactive, and designed to give kids a real love for learning.

We welcome kids from 2.5 to 12 years. Programs are age-wise, with personal attention for everyone - toddlers, school-goers, pre-teens, sabke liye (for everyone).

My Story
Hi, Ruchi here. Skillful Minds is my happy place since 2009. Used to teach art at BBPS, but wanted more for kids - not just textbook stuff. Seeing little stars perform in our theatre show or showing off their Mandala art, oh, it’s magic! Parents say their kids read better, speak with confidence now. We’re like one big family, sab ek saath (all together), growing every day. Every child leaves a mark, and that’s what keeps me going.

Creative birthday art party - We plan fun, budget-friendly art parties for all ages. Mandala painting, basket art, you name it!

Toddler learning activities - Special programs for ages 2.5+, like phonics and play-based learning. Yahan bachhe khel khel mein seekhte hain (kids learn through play).
