Why I Started Skillful Minds

Since 2009, it’s been my dream to make learning a happy, memorable adventure for kids. I wanted a place where children could grow, not just memorize. Skillful Minds is my way of helping kids build real confidence and life skills, not just marks on paper.

What Happens Here

At our centres, bachche (kids) get to explore more than 30 activities - all in one spot. No need for parents to run around all over town. We believe in learning through play, not boring repetition. Our activities are hands-on, interactive, and designed to give kids a real love for learning.

Physical fun: Dance, Gymnastics, Skating, Taekwondo, Aerobics, Hulahoop
Brain boosters: Chess, Abacus, Vedic Maths, Rubik’s Cube, puzzles
Creativity unlocked: Theatre, Public Speaking, Art, Calligraphy, Handwriting
Future-ready: Robotics, Coding, LEGO (STEM enrichment for kids)
Littlest learners: Pre-writing, phonics, music and movement for toddlers

Who Can Join

We welcome kids from 2.5 to 12 years. Programs are age-wise, with personal attention for everyone - toddlers, school-goers, pre-teens, sabke liye (for everyone).

How It Works

Choose what suits your child:

Multi-activity after-school classes (explore 3-4 activities daily)
Specialized classes (focus on one skill deeply)

Our hubs are in West Punjabi Bagh, Kirti Nagar, Paschim Vihar, Pitampura.

What Matters Most

For me, every giggle and milestone is a celebration. Seeing kids go from shy to confident, or finally crack that tough puzzle - bas, that’s why I do this.

My Story

Hi, Ruchi here. Skillful Minds is my happy place since 2009. Used to teach art at BBPS, but wanted more for kids - not just textbook stuff. Seeing little stars perform in our theatre show or showing off their Mandala art, oh, it’s magic! Parents say their kids read better, speak with confidence now. We’re like one big family, sab ek saath (all together), growing every day. Every child leaves a mark, and that’s what keeps me going.

My Work

Activities for every child - We offer 30+ after-school activities, from kids theatre show to phonics reading program, art, abacus, chess, and more.

Creative birthday art party - We plan fun, budget-friendly art parties for all ages. Mandala painting, basket art, you name it!

Holistic child development - No boring rote learning. Kids build confidence, learn public speaking, and think creatively.

Toddler learning activities - Special programs for ages 2.5+, like phonics and play-based learning. Yahan bachhe khel khel mein seekhte hain (kids learn through play).
