Dinacharya is the ancient practice of aligning your daily activities with the circadian rhythms of nature. When you wake up, eat, and rest in accordance with your internal clock, your body stops fighting itself.

In our guidance sessions, we don't just hand you a list of things to do. We analyze your current routine and identify the small, often unconscious, habits that trigger inflammation, digestive distress, or mental fatigue. We look at:
