A look into our residential projects, where art and engineering converge to shape spaces that feel both personal and purposeful.

A 3D model of Stone Print Villa, a project where the brief called for a facade entirely in yellow and gold. We chose Jaisalmer yellow sandstone, a material known for its color but prone to porosity.

A corner detail of the Stone Print Villa facade against the sky. We re-engineered the Jaisalmer stone by blending it with resin, strengthening it to allow for fine, precision-cut detailing.

A close-up of the hand-chiseled and CNC-cut motifs on the blended Jaisalmer yellow sandstone facade. Every profile, edge, and motif is shaped to hold its form and color over time.

The terrace projections of Stone Print Villa are layered to exaggerate scale, with cast mouldings and scalloped corbels that play with shadow and surprise.

The entrance of Stone Print Villa, where two types of Indian stone, Jaisalmer and Dholpur, are used to create a rich textural experience. The stone was repurposed by mixing chips with resin for ornamentation.

About Portfolio Glimpses: Other Residential Works

For our Stone Print Villa, we did not just source Jaisalmer sandstone; we re-engineered it. By blending stone chips with resin, we created a material that could hold intricate, precision-cut motifs while resisting the natural weathering that usually limits the stone. This balance of traditional material and modern technical resilience is central to how we approach residential design.

Architecture is rarely about just the structure. In our practice, we treat every home as a living, breathing narrative, layering memory and daily rituals into the built form. Whether we are working on a new villa or a heritage restoration, our goal remains consistent: to create spaces that belong to their context.

The Art of Materiality

Our approach is anchored in experimentation. Take the 'House of Chintz', a project that won the Platinum Award at FOAID 2024. Here, we drew inspiration from the timeless artistry of block printing. We transformed a conventional residence into a 4,050 sq. ft. sanctuary by blending an Art Deco palette with handcrafted, resourceful design. We used locally sourced materials and repurposed wood to ensure the home felt personal, not just polished.

Designing for Context

We believe a home should talk to its site. We analyze sun paths, wind directions, and surrounding textures before the first brick is laid. This process ensures that elements like courtyards and verandahs serve a purpose—facilitating passive cooling and creating seamless indoor-outdoor connections. For us, a successful residence is one where you do not notice the design; it simply feels right because it was made for the land it stands on.

We specialize in:

  • Heritage home restoration and adaptive reuse
  • Custom facade design using innovative stone composites
  • Modern Indian villa architecture
  • Bespoke interior and furniture detailing

When you work with us, you are not just getting a set of drawings. You are engaging in a process of discovery, where we define how your home should hold your life's moments.
