A look into our residential projects, where art and engineering converge to shape spaces that feel both personal and purposeful.

A 3D model of Stone Print Villa, a project where the brief called for a facade entirely in yellow and gold. We chose Jaisalmer yellow sandstone, a material known for its color but prone to porosity.

The terrace projections of Stone Print Villa are layered to exaggerate scale, with cast mouldings and scalloped corbels that play with shadow and surprise.

The entrance of Stone Print Villa, where two types of Indian stone, Jaisalmer and Dholpur, are used to create a rich textural experience. The stone was repurposed by mixing chips with resin for ornamentation.

For our Stone Print Villa, we did not just source Jaisalmer sandstone; we re-engineered it. By blending stone chips with resin, we created a material that could hold intricate, precision-cut motifs while resisting the natural weathering that usually limits the stone. This balance of traditional material and modern technical resilience is central to how we approach residential design.

A tranquil infinity pool at our Aishbagh project, designed to merge seamlessly with the natural landscape of the Aravalli Hills. This space embodies our belief in creating serene retreats where architecture and nature exist in perfect harmony.8
The expansive living room of the K Residence, designed to be both a grand space for entertaining and an intimate family area. The design incorporates large sliding doors to flood the room with natural light and features custom furniture and curated art, including exquisite Bocci lights.

This bedroom is designed as a tranquil retreat, where the morning sun filters through timber lattices, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow. The space opens onto a modern 'jharokha' or enclosed balcony, featuring a traditional swing, blurring the line between the comfort of the indoors and the serenity of the outdoors.8
We believe a home should be in dialogue with its surroundings. This multi-generational residence in Nagpur, 'The Light House', uses operable timber screens and staggered balconies to create privacy and shade, while remaining connected to the life of the neighborhood.
A floating staircase becomes a sculptural element against a wall of glass, dissolving the boundary between the home and the lush tropical garden outside. This design for 'The Tropical House' is a direct expression of our passion for creating homes that live and breathe with nature.
Inspired by the traditional Indian 'wada' or courtyard house, this multi-level atrium forms the heart of the home. Clad in warm timber, it creates visual and aural connections across floors, allowing light and life to flow through the entire structure, fostering a sense of togetherness for the family.
