Our Signature Architectural Projects
We see architecture as a living story. Our work blends the warmth of heritage with modern design to create spaces that feel less like houses and more like homes.
A tranquil infinity pool at our Aishbagh project, designed to merge seamlessly with the natural landscape of the Aravalli Hills. This space embodies our belief in creating serene retreats where architecture and nature exist in perfect harmony.
The expansive living room of the K Residence, designed to be both a grand space for entertaining and an intimate family area. The design incorporates large sliding doors to flood the room with natural light and features custom furniture and curated art, including exquisite Bocci lights.
The symmetrical twin staircases at our Aishbagh holiday home, crafted from industrial metal girders and teak treads. This central architectural feature connects the home's private spaces while creating a powerful visual story of movement and memory.
A close-up of a hand-scooped teak wood door from our Caitriona apartment project, showcasing the Japanese 'Shou Sugi Ban' finishing technique. This detail highlights our passion for materials and hands-on craftsmanship, where every texture is chosen with care.
The spacious balcony of a modern apartment in The Camellias, designed as an outdoor living room with panoramic views. The comfortable, curved sofa and natural materials create a perfect space for relaxation, blurring the line between indoors and out.
This video captures the transformation of the Magnolia Project, showing the journey from a raw construction site to a refined, harmonious living space. It offers a glimpse into our meticulous process of layering detail, texture, and light to create a curated arrival experience.
A candid moment on-site, reflecting my hands-on approach to design. I believe in being deeply involved in the process, exploring materials, and applying new techniques to turn a creative vision into a tangible reality.

About Featured
Notice how the light moves in our projects. We do not just plan layouts; we design for the way the sun travels across a room throughout the day. In our Aishbagh and Magnolia projects, for instance, we placed openings and chose materials specifically to capture that shift, turning static walls into something that changes as the hours pass.
We approach every project, whether it is a sprawling holiday home or a city apartment, as a conversation between the people living there and the architecture itself. Our design process starts with listening. We look at how you live, what you collect, and how you entertain before we draw a single line.
At our studio, we believe in a design language that feels quiet yet intentional. We favor natural, honest materials. You will often see solid teak, hand-scooped wood finishes, and textured stone in our work. We avoid trends. Instead, we look for structural solutions that stand the test of time, such as incorporating Vastu-compliant layouts without compromising on modern flow or aesthetic grace.
For structural renovations, we focus on re-imagining the skeleton of a space. We take standard flat layouts and open them up, ensuring the private and public zones work for your specific lifestyle. For our ground-up architectural projects, we prioritize volume, roofline detailing, and the arrival experience. We want the moment you walk through the door to feel like a shift into a space that is entirely your own.
Whether we are designing a serene retreat on the edge of the Aravallis or a high-rise residence in The Camellias, our goal remains the same: to create a home that functions beautifully and reflects the story of your life.
