Basic Home Haldi Setup
Structure & Dimensions
- Backdrop Size: Standard 8 ft (W) x 8 ft (H) portable frame suitable for indoor walls.
- Drapery: Double-layered polyester or satin-finish fabric.
- Color Palette: Choice of dual-tone combinations (Yellow-Orange, Parrot Green-Yellow, or White-Yellow).
Floral & Decor
- Top Border: Single row of artificial mixed flowers (Hydrangea/Roses) along the header.
- Side Hangings: 10 to 12 strings of fresh Marigold (Genda) flowers framing the drapes.
- Signage: Standard foam-cut 'Haldi' or 'Bride/Groom to be' sign.
Seating & Logistics
- Seating: Basic floor rug with 2-3 cushions OR a low stool with matching yellow fabric cover.
- Lighting: 2 LED Par cans (yellow/warm white) for backdrop brightness.
- Transport: Includes delivery and setup within local limits.

Backdrop Configuration
- Structure: Choice of 8 ft Circular Metal Ring OR 10 ft wide Rectangular Cross-Drape setup.
- Fabric: Premium Lycra or Scuba fabric for a wrinkle-free look.
- Lighting: Fairy lights interwoven into the backdrop plus 3-4 LED stage wash lights.
Floral Arrangement
- Ring Decor: Asymmetrical high-quality artificial blooms covering approx. 40% of the ring.
- Fresh Flowers: Inclusion of 20-25 fresh Marigold strings with Jasmine buds.
Centerpiece & Props
- Main Seating: Large 4 ft Gold-painted Fiber Urli for the couple OR a decorated loveseat.
- Flooring: 10x10 ft Red or Green carpet defining the stage area.
- Side Props: Decorative elements like metal birdcages, small stools, or Rajasthani umbrellas.
Premium Grand Floral Setup
Scope & Theme
- Coverage: Wide area coverage (15-20 ft width), suitable for large stages or outdoor tree draping concepts.
- Fabric: Rich velvet or heavy satin drapes in deep traditional colors (Emerald Green, Mustard Yellow).
Fresh Floral Density
- Volume: High volume of fresh flowers including 50+ strings of Marigold and Tuberose (Rajnigandha).
- Detailing: Brass bells or floral tassels attached to the end of floral strings.
- Ground Decor: Fresh flower petal carpeting and a 2x2 ft fresh flower Rangoli near the seating.
Premium Furniture & Lighting
- Seating: Double Urli setup OR a traditional Jhula (Swing) decorated with garlands (subject to availability).
- Entry: 6 ft walkway decor with petal rangoli borders and welcome stands.
- Lighting: 4-6 professional PAR cans plus Halogen floodlights for outdoor visibility.

Haldi Vibes
Haldi ceremonies are my jam. I can set up vibrant yellow and orange drapes for that classic look, or go wild with marigold garland decoration and floral arches. If you’re into something simple, I do minimalist engagement party setups too. Got an outdoor space? I’ll use trees and bells for a rustic outdoor pre-wedding decor that feels natural and chill.
Details That Matter
I’m obsessed with the little things. You’ll see comfy benches, quirky stools in brass urlis, and backdrops with layers of drapes or green foliage. I’ve got fun props like glittery umbrellas, tassels, and bird cages to make your photos stand out. Flowers are everywhere - especially strings of marigold and white blooms.

I also decorate for Mehndi and Engagement parties. Whether you want a floral backdrop for Mehndi or something elegant for your engagement, I’ll work with your ideas and vibe.
