Boho-Chic Beach or Terrace Proposal
Core Structure & Backdrop
- Floral Arch: A 6ft x 6ft or 7ft x 7ft metal structure (Square or Circular) fully draped with dried pampas grass, palm leaves, and fresh white flower accents (roses/carnations).
- Neon Signage: Rental of standard acrylic neon sign reading "Will You Marry Me?" or "Better Together" suspended in the center.
Atmosphere & Props
- Aisle Decor: 2 to 3 circular jute or woven rugs placed at the base of the arch.
- Lighting: Set of 6 to 8 gold/metallic lanterns with LED candles or fairy lights placed asymmetrically.
- Vases: Large floor vases (wicker or metallic) with tall pampas stalks flanking the main setup.
Logistics
- Transport: Delivery and pickup of all props within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai limits.
- Manpower: 2 person team for assembly and dismantling (typically 2 hour setup time).

- Teepee Cabanas: 2 units of bamboo structure teepees draped in yellow fabric with floor cushions (included in higher price range only).
- Welcome Sign: Customized easel board with floral borders displaying the event name.

- Props: Traditional items like brass urlis with floating petals or colorful Rajasthani umbrellas.
- Flooring: Yellow or Red carpet for the main stage area.
Indoor Engagement & Roka Backdrop
Backdrop Selection (Choose One)
- Option A (Traditional): 3 panel intricately carved wooden "Jaali" screen partition (approx 8ft to 10ft wide) adorned with hanging jasmine/mogra strings.
- Option B (Modern Glam): Gold or Silver "Shimmer/Sequin" wall backdrop (8ft x 8ft) framed by organic balloon garlands or floral runners.
Floral & Branding
- Top Runner: Thick floral arrangement running across the top using artificial greenery mixed with fresh roses.

- Welcome Board: Large customized welcome signage with floral framing.
Main Stage or Mandap
- Structure: A grand 30ft to 40ft wide stage backdrop using layers of fabric draping, fiber panels, or floral walls.
- Mandap (If applicable): 4 pillar open Mandap setup with fresh floral headers and havan kund setup.
- Florals: Fresh flowers (Roses, Carnations, Orchids) on headers and panels mixed with artificial fillers for volume.
- Furniture: Wedding sofa and chairs for the couple and immediate family (Set of 4 to 6).
