First Night & Proposal Room Decor
Balloons & Props
- Ceiling: 40 to 50 air filled latex balloons attached with removable glue dots.
- Floor: 50+ loose balloons scattered to create a filled look.
- Foils: 1 set of large text foils (Just Married, I Love You, etc.) and 4 to 5 heart shapes.
Floral & Fabric
- Canopy: Tent like structure created over the bed using sheer white net fabric.
- Petals: 500g to 1kg fresh red rose petals arranged in heart shapes or pathways.
Lighting
- Ambiance: 4 to 6 strands of LED fairy lights intertwined with the canopy.
- Candles: 10 to 15 flameless LED tea lights placed on the floor or bedside.
Important Notes
- Includes setup labor and transport.
- Excludes helium gas (all balloons are air filled).
Haldi & Mehendi Backdrop Setup (8x8ft)
Backdrop Structure
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft x 8ft truss or pipe setup.
- Design: Choice of artificial green grass wall OR bright satin curtain drapes.
- Florals: High density artificial Marigold strings and white Rajnigandha tassels.
- Signage: 1 generic text cutout (e.g., Mehendi or Haldi) pasted on the backdrop.
Traditional Props
- Centerpiece: 1 large decorative Urli bowl filled with water and petals.
- Sides: 2 traditional colorful umbrellas OR 2 Rajasthani puppet cutouts.
- Seating: 1 low height decorative bench or 2 decorated stools (Mudas) for the couple.
Lighting
- 2 LED PAR cans placed on the floor for focus lighting.
Important Notes
- All floral decor is high quality artificial material.
- Includes a small rug near the backdrop (excludes full room carpeting).
Engagement & Reception Stage Decor
Stage Design
- Coverage: Decor covers 10ft to 12ft width (suitable for standard 20ft stages).
- Styles: Choice of Hexagon frames, Floral Rings, Triple Arches, or Shimmer Wall panels.
- Draping: Gathered fabric base layer in White, Ivory, or Pastels.
Florals & Furniture
- Flowers: 100% artificial premium silk/polyester flower bunches and runners.
- Seating: 1 Two Seater Sofa (Leatherette or Throne style) or Chaise Lounge.
- Flooring: Red or Grey carpet provided for the stage area.
Lighting & Signage
- Illumination: 4 to 6 LED PAR lights to highlight decor and eliminate shadows.
- Neon: 1 Generic rental Neon Sign (e.g., Better Together).
Important Notes
- Decor is set up on the venue's existing stage platform.
- Personalized acrylic names are not included in the standard price.

- Want a chic vibe? Circular or hexagonal frames, sequin walls, and quirky neon signs like 'Better Together' are my go-to.
- Prefer something old-school? Big flower rings, soft drapes, and grand sofas set the mood.
- Your names or initials? Of course, I’ll put them up front and centre. Nothing feels more personal than that custom couple name decorations.
Haldi: Rang, Masti & Genda Phool
- Yellow everywhere! Drapes, genda phool (marigolds), and even quirky 'हळद' signs.
- Artificial green walls make those colours pop, perfect for those Haldi ceremony marigold decor photos.
- I'll make it as fun or as simple as you want.
Sangeet & Reception: Full-On Party
- Glam look? Shimmer walls, disco balls, neon sayings.

Namaste! Mumbai mein log humein Fugewala kehte hain. Hamari team har celebration ko colourful bana deti hai, chahe birthday ho ya haldi, choti party ho ya badi. Kabhi scooter pe saaman leke, kabhi hall sajate hue, hum bas yahi chahte hain ki aapka event yaadgaar ho. Cocomelon ho ya cricket party, sab kuch manage karte hain. Event ka maza hi kuch aur hai jab hum ho waha.
