Bride-to-Be Balloon Ring Setup
Structure & Backdrop
- Frame: One 6ft circular metal ring OR 8ft x 8ft rectangular stand.
- Draping: Sheer white or pastel curtains layered with LED fairy lights.
- Balloons: L-shaped or semi-circle arch with approx. 200-250 latex balloons (Chrome/Metallic/Pastel mix).
Props & Signage
- Themed Foils: Includes 2-3 large foil balloons (Champagne Bottle, Ring, or Glass).
- Signage: Rental of one LED Neon "Bride to Be" sign OR Foil Letter Balloons.
- Decor: Paper butterflies or artificial leaves added to the balloon cluster.
Logistics
- Staff: 2 decorators.
- Time: 90-120 minutes setup duration.
- Note: Neon signs are rental only and collected after the event.
Traditional Haldi or Mehndi Decor
Stage & Backdrop
- Size: 8ft (Height) x 10ft (Width) structure.
- Drapes: Double-layered Satin or Lycra fabric (Yellow/White for Haldi OR Magenta/Green/Orange for Mehndi).
- Florals: Extensive use of Artificial fluffy Marigold garlands.

- Equipment: 2 LED Par-can lights to wash drapes in warm color.

genda phool(marigold) garlands, low stools (patla) for the couple, and fun signs. - Mehndi night gets bold with magenta, green, and yellow drapes, grass walls, and those little decorative hangings everyone wants for Insta pics.

- Balloon arches, neon "Bride to be" signs, and giant foil props make your bride squad pics pop.
