Standard Balloon Decoration Package
Scope of Decoration
- Balloon Count: Setup includes 300 to 600 latex balloons depending on the chosen layout.
- Configurations: Options include Gate Arches (PVC structure or gate-attached), Spiral Pillar Wraps, or Scattered Bunches (ceiling/cubicle).
- Colors: Selection of up to 3 standard colors (e.g., Tricolor, Brand Colors).
Material & Execution
- Balloon Specifications: Standard Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons (9 to 10-inch inflated size). Excludes Chrome/Mirror finish.
- Installation: On-site manual or electric inflation by 2 decorators (approx. 2-3 hours).
- Fixing Materials: Uses standard curling ribbons and clear adhesive tape.
- Tear Down: Not included. Client must remove balloons post-event.
Fresh Flower Rangoli & Entrance Decor
Floral Design
- Rangoli: One 4x4 ft to 5x5 ft design using fresh petals (Geometric, Swastik, or Motif options).
- Flower Types: Strictly local fresh blooms including Marigold (Genda), Rose Petals, White Aster/Mogra, and green leaves. Excludes exotic flowers.
- Entrance Toran: 2 to 3 strings of Marigold hangings with mango leaves for the main door.
Logistics
- Staff: 1 skilled artist and 1 helper for setup (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours).
- Lifespan: Freshness lasts approx. 24 hours indoors (AC) or 12 hours outdoors.
- Service Scope: Installation only. Disposal of organic waste is not included.
Ring Backdrop & Neon Photo Booth
Structure & Background
- Frame: 6-foot diameter circular metal ring stand (Gold or White).
- Draping & Light: Sheer net or georgette fabric wrapping with LED fairy lights for a glow effect.
Decor Elements
- Balloon Garland: Organic semi-arch style (covering 50% of ring) using 150-200 balloons.
- Balloon Grade: Premium mix of Chrome (Metallic), Pastel, and Confetti balloons.
- Signage: Rental of one standard Neon Sign (Happy Birthday, Let's Party, Oh Baby, or Congrats).
Logistics
- Duration: Rental covers a standard 4 to 6-hour event slot.
- Transport: Includes delivery, setup (2 hours), and dismantling/pickup after the event.
- Exclusions: Cake tables and carpets are not included.
