Wedding & Pre-Wedding Decoration

Structure & Backdrop

• Dimensions: 8 ft (Height) x 8 ft to 10 ft (Width) adjustable backdrop stand suitable for standard apartment ceiling heights.
• Draping: Double-layered fabric draping in traditional color palettes (Yellow-Orange for Haldi, Green-Pink for Mehndi). Material used is standard satin or poly-georgette.
• Neon Signage: Rental usage of one standard acrylic neon sign (Options: "Haldi", "Mehndi", "Bride to Be").

Floral Arrangements

• Garlands: 10-12 strings of fresh Marigold (Genda) hangings mixed with mango leaves for the backdrop.
• Artificial Accents: Top border of the backdrop decorated with high-density artificial floral runners (Roses/Hydrangeas mix).
• Floor Decor: One semi-circle rangoli pattern made of loose marigold petals and rose petals in front of the seating.

Props & Furniture

• Couple Seating: One 2-seater Sofa, traditional Sankheda chair, or cushioned low-seating bench with a contrast throw cover.
• Traditional Props: 2 large metallic or earthen pots (Matkas) placed on either side of the stage with marigolds spilling out.
• Selfie Props: Set of 5-6 placard props on sticks.

Lighting

• Wash Lights: 2-3 LED PAR lights placed at the bottom to illuminate the backdrop curtains.
• Fairy Lights: 2-3 strings of warm white fairy lights woven into the drapes or floral hangings.

Stage Design & Structure

• Dimensions: Coverage for a standard banquet stage up to 20 ft (Width) x 10 ft (Height).
• Theme Options: Choice of "Boho-Chic" (Pampas grass & pastel drapes), "Rajasthani Vibrant" (Bandhani prints & Umbrellas), or "Floral Garden" (Green turf backdrop).
• Backdrop: Multi-color draping with hanging latkans, dreamcatchers, or Rajasthani mirrors/kites depending on the chosen theme.

Floral & Ceiling Decor

• Hanging Florals: Extensive use of artificial floral strings (Tuberoses/Mogra replicas) and colored tassels hanging from the truss/ceiling bar.
• Artificial Volume: Upper truss covered with dense artificial floral buns (Carnations/Roses).

Furniture & Props

• Centerpiece: One decorative Swing (Jhula) decorated with artificial vines OR a specialized bridal sofa set (Love Seat).
• Side Props: 4-6 themed floor props such as painted trunks, lanterns, birdcages, or large Rajasthani umbrellas on stands.
• Carpet: Clean Red or White carpet for the stage floor (if not provided by venue).

Illumination

• Stage Lighting: 4-6 LED PAR cans for color washing.
• Feature Lighting: One focus halogen light for the couple.
• Decorative: Serial lights/Rice lights incorporated into the backdrop drapes.

Main Stage Decoration

• Structure: Heavy truss-based structure spanning 24 ft to 30 ft width.
• Backdrop: Combination of fiber carved panels (Jali work) and fabric draping. Options include "White & Gold" or "Classic Red & White".
• Floral Wall: Includes artificial floral pasting on panels (approx 60-70% density). Uses high-quality silk roses and hydrangeas.
• Furniture: Royal "Maharaja/Maharani" style high-back sofa set in white/gold or red/gold leatherette.
• Carpeting: Fresh carpeting for the stage area (Red/Maroon).

Entrance & Walkway

• Entrance Gate: 10 ft x 10 ft Box Arch gate matching the stage theme. Decorated with artificial floral runners and fabric swags.
• Signage: "Welcome" board on an easel stand with floral border.
• Walkway: 4 to 6 pillars (Fiber or Metal Crystal) lining the aisle leading to the stage. Connectors feature artificial floral chains or crystal strings.

Lighting Setup

• Power: Basic halogen and LED wash lighting for the stage and gate.
• Effect: One Chandelier (Acrylic/Fiber) hung at the center of the stage truss (venue ceiling height permitting).

Entry Vehicle/Prop (Choose One)

• Option A (Royal Palkhi): "Padmavati" style rotating lotus or moon-shaped trolley. Mechanized and manually pushed by 4 staff members (costume for staff included).
• Option B (Vintage Car): Modified open-top vintage style car (white/red) with floral bouquet on the bonnet. Includes driver and fuel for 1 Hour venue usage.
• Option C (Bridal Chadar): Premium frame-based "Phoolon Ki Chadar" with extensive artificial floral decoration and hanging kaleerein.

Special Effects (SFX)

• Low Fog (Clouds): 2 Dry Ice machines operated during the entry/varmala to create a knee-deep "cloud" effect on the floor (Approx 3-5 minutes continuous burst).
• Cold Pyro: 6 units of indoor-safe Cold Fire sparklers (Anar). Electronically triggered during the main moment. Duration 30 seconds.

Confetti & Atmosphere

• Paper Blasts: 2 Electric Confetti cannons (Rose petal or Metallic paper mix).
• CO2 Gun: One handheld CO2 Cryo Gun handed to the couple or friends for the "smoke blast" photo op.

Logistics

• Operator: Dedicated technician to trigger SFX safely.
• Transport: Heavy vehicle transport included for the Palkhi or Vintage car to the venue.
