A Camp for Serious Players

I run these camps with one goal: to push you harder than you thought possible. My philosophy is simple—'Body tut jaaye koe nahi par sapna nahi tutna chahye' (Break the body if you have to, but never the dream). If you want to just chill, this is not the place for you. But if you want to grind, sweat, and level up, you will fit right in.

What You Will Learn

• Technical Mastery: We go deep on technique, strategy, and mental toughness. Every drill is about making you faster and sharper.
• Intensive Drills: We utilize multi-shuttle feeding to boost your speed and reflexes. You will spend time on shadow footwork—it might seem repetitive, but it is exactly what changes your game.
• Strength & Conditioning: Success isn't just about the racquet. We integrate agility ladders, battle ropes, and specific gym routines to ensure your body is ready for the demands of competitive badminton.

Our Training Programs

We offer two distinct pathways depending on your current level:

• Beginner Foundation Camp: Best for those starting out. We cover basic grip mechanics, swing techniques, and fun, engaging drills using nylon shuttles to build your confidence on the court.
• Intensive Performance Training: This is for competitive players preparing for district or state tournaments. It includes 2-3 hours of daily training, advanced match simulations, and rigorous strength conditioning under my direct mentorship.

We train on synthetic Hova mats in a high-ceiling, dedicated facility in Rohini. We push hard, but we also know that 'thoda fun bhi jaruri hai' (a little fun is also necessary) to keep the community strong. Bring your own non-marking shoes and racquet, and get ready to work.
